Kldd's 33-acre ranch on Deer Creek, 1 hi miles east of Rose burg, was sold by Stewart & Beale rhiirsday to Miss Annie Hopkins, ot Kockford, 111., who will take posses sion In August. Miss Hopkins left this morning for Rockford, where she will remain In the meantime. Up on her return here she will be ac companied by her parents, her sister, and one of her three brothers.
