MONT.MEN'T FOK II. ROHKRTSOX
Steps have been taken by members
of Phlletarlan Lodge No. 8, I. O. O.
F., of this city, toward the erection
of a suitable monument to the mem
ory of their late leader and co
worker, Robert Robertson. Members
of other lodges of which Mr. Robert
son was a member will be Invited to
participate In the erection of this
memorial. A committee consisting
of O. J. Llndsey, chairman; Albert
Abraham, secretary; V. T. Wright,
treasurer; F. E. Cnvender, W, B.
Hammitte and L. Wljnberly, was
named by the lodge to get this move
ment started in definite form. While
no special design for Biich a monu
ment has yet been decided upon, it
is probable that a line monolith cost
ing approximately (500 will be se
lected. Besides the 100 provided
from the monument fund by the
Head Camp, Woodmen of tho World.
't Is probable that the necessary
amount will be raised by personal ;
donauons ot tho members of the I.
O. O. V., Robekah, Woodmen of the
World and Maccabee lodges and the
railroad men and other citizens as a
token of their appreciation of tho
life work of Mr. Robertson toward
the betterment of humanity. No
