The complete itinerary of Eugene
V. Debs' "Hod Special," which left
Chicago today for the Pacific Coast
has been received. The train Is to
arrive in Hoseburg from the south
at 7 o'clock a. ni., on Monday, Sept.
14, and stop here 30 minutes. The
train will reach Portland at six
o'clock that evening, making brief
stops at Eugene, Albany, Woodburu
Salem and Oregon City. Train will i
reach Ashland from Sacramento on I
Sunday, Sept. 13, at one o'clock,
p. m. Brief stops will be made there
and at Med ford and an evening meet
ing held at Grants Pass. The train
returns enst via the Northern Pacific
and Burlington route to St. Paul and
will reach Chicago on Sept. 25. A
charge that the expense of this spe
cial train Is being paid from the re
publican national campaign fund has
been vigorously denied by the social
ist leaders, yet muny close observers
are "waiting to bo shown."
