tion of an Exhibit Building at the
Southern Pacific Passenger Depot at
Roseburg. Oregon, In accordance
with ihe drawings and specifications
of Y. D. Henslll. architect, of Kti
gene, Oregon, copies of which may
be seen nl the office of the Secretary.
All bids must be accompanied by a
certified check for 10 per cent of
the contract price, and said building
must be completed within slxiy days
from date. The Hoard reserves the
right to reject any and aR bids. En
velopes containing proposals to be
endorsed "Proposals for Construc
tion of Exhibit Building" and ad
dressed to the Asst. Secretary of the

extension of the Salem, Falls City &
Western railway from Dallas to So.

but it will probably be next fall be

new track. Grading will be carried
on as late this winter as possible, but
with the arrival of the rainy season
work will have to be suspended until
