C. H. Oden was not so badly In

Hooker, who attended Mr. Oden, re
ports that in addition to bruises on

his head, but he Is In no danger.

fied with the Judge.

are current to the effect that Judge
II. K. Ilannn, of tho First Judicial
District of Oregon. Is to be the sub
ject of a recall petition, to be cir
culated by prohibitionists on account
of his decision sustaining the Med
ford city charter, whlrh came up for
action a short time ago.
Lenders of the prohibition move
ment here say that they know noth
ing about this move, and It Is credit
ed now to that party In Josephine
county.
