Mr. Bouthworth has Bold his
rights In Oregon, Washington and
Idaho to K. E. Lallarr. commission
man of Spokane, for $6,000. Pat

accidental shooting or A. Helming,

wife, accompanied by George Haines
and wife, were deer hunting In the
neighborhood of Port Orford, and
while in the woods yesterday 'Haines
mistook Helming for a deer and
II red. The bullet struck Its mark and
Mr. Helming died Immediately.
