hearing before a Jury on the ques
tion of the state of his mond, Harry
K Thaw is happy today because he
will be permitted to remain lu Jail
at Poughkeepsie until the third Mon
day in September Instead of going
back to the asylum ut Matteawan
which he dreads.
Justice Mills adjourned the Thaw
hearing today without announcing
any decision on the question of the
Jury trial, and the matter now goes
over until September. Thaw says he
is more certain than ever that he
will Moon regain his freedom. He
likes the luxurious quarters of Slier

Kvelyn Thaw was not prewent al
the hearing of her husband's applica
tion today. Thaw Introduced an af
