Grants Pass Courier: Mrs. Jose phine Thornton has been extremely low since her return from Portland, whither she wns taken for treatment for cancer of the stomach, and her fam ily have been summoned to her bed side. Her sons. George, of SIpsoo, and John, of Sacramento, arrived Monday, and her daughter, Mrs. C. C. Grimes of Roseburg, arrived Tuesday. Her other daughter, Mrs. Catherine Gray, resides with her.
