Alleging In her complaint that she married the second time before the ex piration of six months, as required by law, after securing a divorce from her first husband, Mrs. Lillian J. Stubbs, of Josephine County, has filed a suit in the circuit court here, asking for the annulment of her marriage to Fred J. Stubbs. Mrs. Stubbs states in her complaint that she was divorced from J. R. Baile, in Wheeler County, on April 25, l!t04, and that on Oct. 11, of the same year, when the required six months had not elasped by 14 days, ahe married Stubbs, She declares that she believed her second marriage was legal at the time of Its occurrence, but that since tten she had learned differently. 's section foreman of Tangen, was arrested today on the charge of putting stones on the track aud shooting at trains as they passed, recently done two or three times. He will be examined this evening and will undoubtedly be sent to the reform school, being only twelve or thirteen years of age. (This is thought to be tbe boy who shot through the car window at which Mrs. Lee Wright and son, of Portland, were sitting, while enroute to Roseburg about a week ago.
