Probate Orders.
This morning the last will and testa
ment of v arner Talkington was tiled
in the Probate Court. The estate is
valued at $25,000, with numerous heirs
and assigns.
Loyd H. Swan and Robert L. Swan,
both having become of legal age, have
been appointed executors to relieve
James Byron. They are the priucipal
heirs.
The will provides that the brothers
and sisters of the deceased shall re
ceive $200 each. They are Jacob C.
Talkington, John C. Talkington,
Julia K. Neece, William B. Talking
ton, Charles H.., Talkington, James M,
Talkington, Albert W. Talkington,
and Frank P. Talkington.
li, L. Swan and L. H. Swan are to
share alike in all property that is not
thus devised in the will.
Loyd Swan will receive for himself
or heirs G5G acres of land near Brock
way. Robert Swan is given by the
will 513 acres and lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, in
see 24, tp 23 s, r 7 w, also a tract of
and between the Donation claims of
Joseph Huntley and Elijah Ollivant,
and a piece of land near the Donation
claims of Woo. M. Knight, Wm. Lyles,
and J. B. D. Lee, as well as a parcel

James Byron, Elijah Olivant, and
John Spaugh have been appointed
appraisers.
An order has been made by the
County Court closing the estate of
Julius Am brum. Anna Uhl, a niece of
the deceused, is named as heir. Carl
Hoffman, the administrator, was al
lowed $30 for his services the estate de
clared settled.

senger train, Mrs. Frances Fitch and
daughter, who for the past five weeks

J. A. Perry and Mrs. J. A. Buchanan
at the hitter's residence here. Her two
daughters with Mr. Perry and Miss
