Bolter, where the ladies of the Episcopal church entertained about 100 of their lady friends at a delightful Japanese tea, from two to six o'clock. The decorations of Japanese lanterns, parasols and other adornments worn nicely arranged, and the adorable chrysanthemum was displayed in un limited profusion. The three ladies j who received, Mrs. Geo. Bolter, Mrs. S. K. Sykes and Mrs. C. B. Can non, wero attired in pretty Japanese Kowns.
