An official dispatch from the front says that severe attacks by the Russian right at the Sahke river on Monday night were everywhere re pulsed with heavy loss to the Russians. Report ing under today's date, General Sak bar off says that the Japanese yesterday evening attacked the Russian right Hank in considerable force, but were repulsed.
