An eight-year-old boy, of a transient family camped In the western part of town, died this morning of paralysis of tbe heart induced by lack of proper care while convalescing from an attack of diphtheria. Hlnkle returned this morning from Salem where he had some of bis fine blooded stock on exhibition at the slate fair. Mr. Hinkle is justly proud of the fact that he was awarded premi ums on all stock entered. One of the animals, a two-year-old, Red Polled, heifer, received a premium for a milk test of 4.2, the second highest taken.
