Jasper Custer was run over and killed at Albany shortly after midnight last night by the C. A. E, excubion l-ain, returning Irom Yaulmi Hay. He swung oil the train as it was moving In to the Albany depot and fell under the train, being crushed by thrco cars and instantly killed. His body was terribly niaugleu.
