A Great ftonaatlnn.
There was a big sensation in Lees
ville, Iod., when W. H. Brown, of that
place, who was expected to die, had
his life saved by Dr. King's New Dis
covery for Consumption. He writes:
'! endured insufferable agonies from
Asthma, but your New Discovery gave
me immediate relief and soon thereafter
effected a complete cure." Similar
cures of Consumption, Pneumonia,
Bronchitis and Grip are numerous.

it at the time, and did not learn of it-
for two or three years.
Roberts said he concealed his mar
riage chiefly for the purpose of reliev
ing them of embarrassment.
"Of course we know the marriage
was illegal," he said. This third wife
was formerly the wife of Dr. Shtpp-!
TTo almlttorl that Wolla lrrtonr t.hftt. ha
had a first wife and no action was taken
by the authorities of the church against
him for marrying Roberts to his third
wife.
When asked what reasons led him to
contract this marriage when he knew
it was against the law, he said from
boy-hood he had been taught the right
fulness of plural marriages. He be
lieved It the law of God and preferred
to accept It to man's law. He believed
polygamy was and is a divine institu
tion and admitted living in polygamous
cohabitation "In defiance of both the
laws of God and man," as the cross ex
amination worded it.
When the present hearing Is con
eluded the committee will meet at Suit
Lake on July 28.
