Notice is hereby given that at the meet ing of the common council of the City of Roseburg, Ore., held on the 7th day of March, 1904, the following resolution was adopted: Re solved that the common council of the City of Roseburg, Ore., deem it expe dient and proposes to im Drove Stephens street, beginning at the 'south line of its boundary where it intersects Mosher street, thence continuing south to the extreme southern end of said Stephens street, where the same intersects Rice street in the 4th Southern Addition to Roseburg, Oregon, in the following manner, towit: (1) That the street be reduced longitudinally to a uniform grade to be established by the City Sur veyor. (2) That the cross section of the surface be curved from an elevation of eighteen inches above the grade in the center to the edge of the gutter at each side.
