In Tuesday' Review It was stated that Harvey Bice plead not guilty on Monday and on Tuesday changed this to a plea of guilty. This was an error. He made no plea on Monday, simply taking hisday to plead. The court ap pointed Atty. F. G. Micelli tj defend the Bice boys, but in order to save the county the expense of a trial he advised tbem to plead guilty. The combined merchandise store and postoffice conducted by W.H.Schro der at Arago, Coos County, was totally destroyed by fire last week, together with all but 1200 worth of goods. The net loss will be about 2,50O. This is the second time the establishment has burned down, the former fire occur ring about ono year ago. Ei.th fires were believed to have been of incen diary origin. About six months ago. Mr. Schroder received an anonymous letter, threatening his establishment with destruction.
