great sermons in town yesterday, and

Green School House to the great de

ent. Tho evening congregation In
town was the largest yet present at
the revival. At this service the

noon at the parsonage of the Christ
ian church. Rev. C. H. Hilton united
In marriage in a beautiful Easter
ceremony Mr. J. M. Miller and Miss
Tressio Fry. Both are of this cty,
and live in Bogard's addition. Miss
Fry is an active member of the
Christian church. The pastor used
the ring ceremony. The young people
were accompanied by a number of
friends and relatives.

W. S. Smith was arrested yesterday
by Marshal Shambrook charged with
drunken and disorderly conduct. He
was lodged in the city jail for a
short time hut was later released af
ter depositing $20 with the officer
to guarantee appearance at trial
which was set for 2 o'clock this af
ternoon. He took the ntxt train for
his home at Oakland, however, and
the money was turned over to the city
treasurer.

now. From daylight till dark you can
hoar tho panting of tractors, as the
farmers are preparing tho soil for

A very pleasant evening was Bpent
at the home of Mrs. Rceso and her
daughter, Mrs. Orpha' Sandstrom,
last Thursday. The gathering took
the nature of a birthday party in
honor of Mrs. Sandstrom's birthday
and also a house warming party for
the hostesses, who have just settled
themsolves in their new home here.

Mrs. Guy Green is suffering from
an Illness which keeps her in bed.
