3rd sciparate battalion, Ore-
gon guard, are required to at-
tend the regular weekly drill at
the appointed time and place.
No one will be excused from at-
tendance at drill except by per-
mission of tho company com-
launder, or by a physician's
certificate showing physical dls-
ability. All members possess-
lng uniforms will wear them at
drills and those having uni-
forms will not bo allowed to
drill without them. Those who
have no uniforms will be al-
