Recorder K. Whipple has prepar
ed his annual report which will be
given to the city council at their reg
ular session this evening. The re
port shows that the cash on hand
this year is a littlo less than the be
ginning of 19 10 but with ths fact
must he taken into consideration that
the city has made several purchases,
chief of which was a line fire truck
and has made many repairs on the
city hail, together with buying some
property in lien foreclosures. Tho
Improvement fund is also shown to
he In excellent condition and con
stantly dhmnishfng.
