Some work, however, has been done and it is thought that it will, be a short time until the public can bo accommodat ed at the swimming resort. Tho engineers yester day completed the work of staking out the grounds and all Is in readi ness for the bcginulng of excavation. Mr. C. M. Stebbinger, of the firm j of Stebbinger Bros., who have tuc contract for the erection of the build ing has been constantly on the grounds and has completed nearly all the details necessary for the be ginning of the work. ' ' The excavation contract will not j be sub-let, but will be under the charge of the builders. Mr. Stcb-!
