NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN.
That sealed bids will be received
.'or the operation of the Smith Ferry,
Lnne Rock Ferry, Poor Farm Ferry,
Sawyer Ferry and Scottsburg Ferry
for the term o' three years from
July 8th, 191G, provided, however,
that should a bridge be construct
ed at or on any of the ferry
sites during said time the court here
by reserves the right to terminate
said contract. Didders contracting for
the same will be required to maintain
and keep in good repair the roads on
the river banks below high water
mark.
Successful bidders will be requir
ed to enter into a contract and bond
at an amount acceptable to the
county court.
Bids to be received not later than
12 o'clork M. Wednesday, July 5th,
1916.
Tho court reserves the right to
reject any and all bids.
