That sealed bids will "be received
for the operation of the Smith Ferry,
Lone Rock Ferry, Poor Farm Ferry,
Sawyer Ferry and Scottsburg Ferry
for the term of three years from
July 8th, 1916, provided, however,
that should a bridge be construct
ed at or on any of the ferry
sites during said time the court here
by reserves the right to tormlnute
said contract. Bidders contracting for
che same will be required to mulnt.aln
and keep in good repair the roads on
the river banks below high water
mark.
Successful bidders will bo requir
ed to enter into a contract and bond
U nn amount acceptable to the
county court.
Bids to he received not lator than
12 o'clock M. Wednesday, July 5th,
1916.
Tho court reserves the right to
reject any and all bids.
