I lift the dish from the dish water Into the rinse, and when that' pan is full r hold an old cloth over the top 3 keep the dishes in, pour off the water, and set the dishes in a wood en rack where the water drains into the sink and where, by tho time the pots and pans are done the dishes themselves have dried' ready to be put away. My pans have been soaking, so they clean easily soap powder and a wire brush help when things have stuck to them.
