Sim. W. T. Wright entertained a
ni'mber ot friends at a thimble
party. Mrs. Wright has been the
hostess for several delightful func
tions recently, one honoring Mr.
Wright on his hlrthdsy and one last
Saturday on the anniversary of Lin
coln's birth. At the latter event a
prtie was awarded the guest whose
birthday came nearest to Lincoln's,
-while today the order was reversed
and a prtre given to the one whose
birthday occurs farthest from today.
Miss Viola Willctt. who has been at
tending a dramatic school In Pan
Trancisco. entertained thi rarty with
several delightfully rendered read
ings and also assisted the hostess in
serving refreshments.
