Sawytrs has completed his administration of the George W. Jones, Sr., estate, and the final hear ing will be field tomorrow, Tuesday. This has been one of. the largest estates administered in the county for some time, and the manner of its administration reflects much credit on the ability of Mr. Saw yers. The county court ie engaged today in making up the list of the election boards over the county for the ensu ing year. Inasmuch as there are 57 precincts over the county, it will be seen that this Is no small matter to get regulated with fairness and abiltly. JURY'S VERDICT IS NOT GUILTY A verdict of not guilty was re turned by the jury in the' case of the State vs. Chas. Durgin, Arthur Marsh, James Dean and Harve Saw ver, prominent Riddle citizens, ac cused of wantonly wasting venison killed while on a hunting rlp .in October. The men were -arrested' some time ago by Deputy Game War den Orrin Thompson and taken be fore Justice Brown wheer they plead not guilty and demanded a jury trial. In their defense they proved that they had not wasted the meat and that the evldicnce fo'und jhad been left at their former camp after they had left it. The trial was attended by a great number of residents of the county who were interested in the case. The verdict of the Jury was returned in about ten minutes after their re tirement.
