powers, according to a positive
statement maue by the Sofia corres-'
pondent of the Giornale d'ltalia, have
offered to Bulgaria that .part of
Macedonia given to her by the Sebo
Bulgarlan treaty of 1912, with the
right of immediate occupation.
Proportionate compensation Is to
bo given to Serbia, including the
city of Kavalla with the districts of
Kavalia and Seres, with the right of
Immediate occupation.
Bulgaria on Iter side renounces
forever pretensions to Salonlki, Vod
Ina and Usktib. She promises also
to declare war immediately upon
Turkey, aided by funds of the four
allies. Bulgaria, will receive further
territorial concessions in Turkey.
PARIS, Aug. 20. A dispatch to
the Havas agency from Berne says:

Serbia has accepted the conditions of
the allies and will consent to the oc
cupation of Macedonia In exchange
for a section of Dalmatia and adja
cent island and the partition of Al
bania with Greece, except Avlona,
which will remain Italian. When this

donia to Bulgaria. The plan only
awaits the adhesion of Italy."
