The grand jury which convened
at the court house Friday morning
filed Its final report late Saturday
evening and was discharged 'from
further duty. The final report was
brief, nnd simply set out the fact
that the Jury was unable to investi
gate all the complaints brought (o
their attention on account of lark of
time. Although in session but two
days, the Jury considered a large
number of complaints and returned
several Indictments.
Mooney Case Next,
The trial of Robert L. Mooney. I
alias George Gray, has been called I
for tomorrow morning. Mooney is!
accused by the indictments of Indue-1
ing. Kthet Metcalf, now Mrs. Frank j
Gray, of accompanying him to As-j
tori.i for Immorul purposes. Mooney j
will appear In his own behalf, while:
