an action pending in the federal
court. The case Is the outcome of
an Injunction filed against the
county court enjoining Douglus coun
ty from levying a special tax on ,
lands at present held by the Southern
Oregon Company. The tracts Involv- '
ed are a part of the railroad land
grant, and are at present under litigation.
