The automobile carrying a special repre sentative of the Telegram, and u photographer, did not arrive until some time after the arrival of the "hiker", - presumably on account of frequent delays caused from the had condition of the roads. Kodrigries expects to reach Medford by Tues day, when ho will deliver the mes sage written by Mayor Simon, of Portland, to Mayor Cannon, of the Southern town.
