Soon after securing possession of the land Neuner Is charged 'th hav ing moved a portnhle sawmill onto the land nnd begun a systematic cut ting of tlml r which was manufac tured into lumber and disposed of on the -local markets. The government chnrges that out of 600,000 feet of boards secured by Neuner, less than 9000 foet were utilized In improve ments on the property.
