ACCIDENTS The Dalles City Feb. 4, 11:06 a.m. - Two vehi- cle, non-injury crash, East 14th and Jefferson streets. One driver was cited for driving while sus- pended and driving uninsured. A report was taken. Feb. 7, 3:16 p.m. - Single vehicle, non-injury crash, 2000 block of West 7th Street. Driver struck a donation trailer. A report was taken. Feb. 9, 9:03 a.m. - Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 100 block of East 2nd Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information. FIRE Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue Feb. 4, 7:27 p.m. - Crew responded to the 1600 block of Nevada Street on a report of a gas leak. The agency also responded to three calls for emergency medi- cal services on Feb. 3, 11 on Feb. 4, six on Feb. 5, 11 on Feb. 7, five on Feb. 8, and eight on Feb. 9. POLICE REPORTS The Dalles City A criminal mischief report was taken Feb. 3 from the 2000 block of East 15th Street after a victim reported his tires were slashed. Michael David Shinnick, 49, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 3 in the 1200 block of West 6th Street on a warrant for sec- ond-degree failure to appear. Jessica Amberdawn Perales, 36, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 4 in the 1300 block of Lewis Street and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxi- cants, reckless driving, probation violation, post-prison violations, and two counts of fourth-degree assault. Police responded to the 2600 block of West 6th Street Feb. 4 on a report of denial of weapons purchase. A report was taken. A theft report was taken Feb. 4 from the 1100 block of Liberty Street after a victim reported his vehicle was prowled overnight. An attempted burglary report was taken Feb. 4 from the 400 block of Union Street after staff reported someone attempted to kick in a door to the business. A stolen vehicle report was taken Feb. 4 from the 900 block of Court Street. Police responded to Kramer Field Feb. 5 after volunteer staff advised a subject was living in the crows nest of one of the fields. Subject was cited and released for second-degree crim- inal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief. A theft report was taken Feb. 5 from the 3100 block of Old Dufur Road after a victim reported he was not paid for a job he had done. Alessandria Elizabeth Adkison, 24, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 5 in the 1200 block of West 6th Street and is accused of resisting arrest and third-degree criminal trespass. Jose Ernesto Garcia, 45, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 5 in the 400 block of East 7th Street on a warrant for first-degree failure to appear. A death report was taken Feb. 5 from the 900 block of Pomona Street. Leo John Harland, 52, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 5 in the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street and is accused of three counts of probation violation. A criminal mischief report was taken Feb. 6 from the 1400 block of Lewis Street after a victim reported his door was kicked in. A theft report was taken Feb. 6 from the 600 block of Sherman Drive after a victim reported being scammed out of some money online. Rula Jean Gahagan, 27, Goldendale, Wash., was arrested Feb. 6 at Kramer Fields on a warrant for probation violation and first-degree failure to appear. She was also arrested on an out- of-state warrant. Matthew Stephen Phillips, 27, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 6 near West 7th and Chenowith Loop streets and is accused of post-prison violations. Police responded to the 500 block of West 10th Street Feb. 6 after a victim reported she was being harassed by her ex-husband. Police responded to the 1300 block of West 6th Street Feb. 6 after a caller reported a subject in the store was being verbally abusive to an elderly male who was shopping with her. A report was taken. Police responded to the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street Feb. 6 after staff reported an intoxicat- ed male subject was in the store and yelling at staff. Subject was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and released. A report was taken. Police responded to the 1700 block of East 19th Street Feb. 6 after staff reported a patient assaulted an employee. A report was taken. Police responded to the 1800 block of East 9th Street Feb. 7 on a report of a dispute. Contact was made with a male and female who were involved in a verbal dispute. The male had blood on his face but said the wound was self inflicted. Both subjects were minors and were under the influence of alcohol. Both were cited for minors in possession of alcohol. A report was taken. A theft report was taken Feb. 7 from the 200 block of River Road after staff reported some donat- ed bags of cans were stolen. Marcus Anthony Hamilton, 28, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 7 near Brewery Grade on an out of state warrant. A theft report was taken Feb. 7 from the 200 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported some lawn decor was stolen. A theft report was taken Feb. 7 from the 200 block of East 2nd Street after a victim reported her cellphone was stolen. David Allen Payne, 38, Goldendale, Wash., was arrested Feb. 7 during a traffic stop near the East 2nd Street roundabout and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Police responded to the 100 block of West 3rd Street Feb. 8 after a caller reported the mother of a recently fired employee came into the business and be- gan screaming and pushing the caller. Subject was arrested by Hood River police later in the day for harassment and second-de- gree disorderly conduct. A report was taken. Iemaima Sonya Tiolu, 36, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 9 in the 2700 block of West 7th Street and is accused of harassment. Jesus Ramirez Sabino, 27, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 9 during a traffic stop in the 2000 block of West 9th Street and is accused of driving under the in- fluence of intoxicants and failure to perform the duties of a driver. An assault report was taken Feb. 9 from the Cherry Heights viewpoint after a victim reported he was assaulted by another male subject and sustained several facial fractures. A dog bite report was taken Feb. 9 from the 1200 block of Blakeley Way. Michael Jan Jagelski, 52, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 9 in the 1300 block of West 2nd Street and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass and second-de- gree disorderly conduct. Esteban Delgado Bucio, 26, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 9 during a traffic stop in the 2000 block of West 9th Place and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants. George Dennison Clements, 25, Warm Springs, was arrested Feb. 10 in the 2100 block of West 10th Street and is accused of parole violation. Police responded to the 2100 block of West 9th Street Feb. 10 on a report of a dog at large. The dog was located and taken to the local shelter. Wasco County A burglary report was taken Feb. 3 from the 4100 block of Chenowith Road after a victim reported someone entered her home overnight through a win- dow and stole some items. A theft report was taken Feb. 3 from Sevenmile Road after staff reported several heavy equip- ment units had batteries stolen. Ryan John Bolan, 25, Antelope, was arrested Feb. 3 in Antelope and is accused of menacing and interference with making a report. A criminal mischief report was taken Feb. 3 from the 4100 block of Chenowith Road after a victim reported his vehicle was vandalized. A burglary report was taken Feb. 3 from the 2600 block of West 6th Street after a victim reported someone entered her garage and stole some items. Deputy responded to the regional jail Feb. 4 after staff reported an inmate had passed away. A death report was taken. An identity theft report was taken Feb. 5 from the 6700 block of Sevenmile Road after a victim reported someone opened a utility account in his name. Deputy responded to the regional jail Feb. 6 to cite and re- lease an inmate on a Multnomah County warrant. A report was taken. Deputy responded to the 6000 block of Eightmile Road Feb. 6 after a caller reported two dogs were on his property scaring his cows. The dogs were located and taken to the local shelter. A theft report was taken Feb. 8 from Tygh Valley after a property owner advised some gas was stolen from his tanks. A stolen vehicle report was taken Feb. 8 from Celilo Village. Jerry Junior Maae, 19, The Dalles, was arrested Feb. 9 in the 2700 block of West 7th Street and is accused of second-degree assault and first-degree criminal mischief. Gilliam County Hayley Leann Ballard, 19, Arlington, was arrested Feb. 5 in Arlington and is accused of fourth-degree assault. Jason Scott Pattee, 37, Condon, was arrested Feb. 7 in Condon and is accused of harassment and menacing. Valentino Lewis McElroy, 26, Condon, was arrested Feb. 9 during a traffic stop in Condon and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.
