vehicle, non-injury crash,
Interstate 84 eastbound,
milepost 110. Driver struck a
deer while traveling. A report was
taken.

Portland, was arrested Jan. 27
in the 400 block of East 7th
Street on a Washington County
warrant for unlawful possession
of heroin.
A hit and run report was taken
Jan. 27 from the 2000 block of
West 7th Street. The suspect was
found later in the evening and
cited and released.
An identity theft report was
taken Jan. 27 from the 3200
block of West 7th Street after a
caller reported someone used his
son’s social security number to
file taxes.
A hit and run report was taken
Jan. 27 from the 1700 block of

a suspect came into the store and

28 in the 2100 block of West
6th Street and is accused of sec-
ond-degree criminal trespass.
William Lee Jensen, 39, The
Dalles, was arrested Jan. 28 in
the 800 block of Pomona Street
and is accused of unlawful
possession of methamphet-
amine and nine counts of parole

vember 4, 2019, the
Oregon Department
of Energy (ODOE),
staff to EFSC, re-
ceived a complete
ASC from the appli-
cant. The complete
ASC seeks approval
from EFSC to con-
struct and operate
the Bakeoven Solar
Project (proposed
facility).
U n d e r O re g o n
law, the applicant
must obtain approval
of the ASC and be
granted a site certif-
icate from EFSC in
order to construct
and operate the pro-
posed facility. ODOE
issued a DPO on
the ASC on January
17, 2020. The DPO
recommends EFSC
a p p ro v e t h e A S C
and issue a site cer-
tificate, subject to
recommended con-
ditions of approval.
The purpose of this
notice is to notify
the public of a public
hearing on the DPO
on Tuesday, Feb-
ruary 25, 2020 and
of an opportunity to
provide comments
on the DPO, extend-

set forth in Oregon
Administrative Rule
(OAR) Chapters 345,
Divisions 22 and 24,
as well as all other
applicable Oregon
statutes, rules and

The proposed fa-
cility is an energy
facility subject to
EFSC jurisdiction
under the definition
in ORS 469.300(11)

participate in a con-
t e s t e d c a s e p ro -
ceeding, a person
must raise an issue
either in person at
the public hearing
or in a written com-
ment submitted on
or after January 17,
2020 and received
by ODOE before the

(5:00 p.m. for writ-
ten comments, or
time at the close of
the public hearing).
Even if a person
commented before
January 17, 2020,
