The Girl’s Basketball Team parti
cipated in the Cottontail Tournament
at Warm Springs on April 9th, 10th,
and 11th.
This was a Double Elimination
Tournament with eight teams from
Toppenish, Lapwai, Warm Springs,
White Swan, Wapato, Pendleton, Har
rah and Chemawa.
Chemawa took
first place trophy, Warm Springs sec
ond, Lapwai third and White Swan
fourth.
We also had three players awarded
trophies for being chosen on the “ All
Star Team” . They were: Susie Mar

Albert was a consistent point scorer in both the high and low hurdles this year. Another trophy was awarded to Pam
Stanger for “ Most Valuable Player”
and a huge three foot Easter Bunny
