WINONA HALL NEWS
There have been some very ex
cited girls in Winona hall lately.
They are the ones whose rooms have
just been painted. The shop boys
have done an excellent job of paint
ing the rooms in attractive shades
of pink, blue and green.
With Spring's coming, the girls
from Winona hall are really enjoy
ing the evenings. Twice a week, we,
with the girls from McBride hall,
have a baseball game. A tourna
ment is progressing that we might
decide the first team. The hour from
6:00 to 7:00 P.M. goes quickly. So

far no rain has interfered with the
schedule. We hope that it doesn't
spoil our fun.
Hikes to Kickback were resumed
with the long evenings. They are dis
continued in the Fall because of
cold weather and early darkness.
The girls enjoy this hike very much.
From 4:00 to 5:00 and again from
6:00 to 7:00 the girls can enjoy the
sport of roller-skating. Many of the
girls have become very skillful in
this art.
So—you see Winona hall girls are
happy that spring is here. They are
enjoying their program of out-door
activities greatly.
