DUCATION is that training which fits for the

ship, for home-making, for parenthood, for
social and economic duties.
Education is derived from a ll surroundings and ex
periences, and cannot he limited to any set term of
years, nor any place nor system.
It is a progression
a ll through life.
Education has been defined in many ways according
to the age and country in which the teacher lived; hut
when it is a ll summed up, we find that w hat people
need is the kind of teaching which w ill make it possible
for them to do their part in the world's work.
