Mr. George W. Bent, disciplinarian, took a large
squad of the Boy Scouts on a hike last Saturday after

among them being the Valley Packing Company plant,
the Salem Cement Tile and Pipe Company establisment.
The boys enjoyed the hike. It was educational as
well as very enjoyable.
