THE Nut-Cracker Society held a short but interesting
meeting last Thursday evening. The following pro
gram was well rendered by those who took part: Open
ing remarks, Henry Davis; recitation, Joseph Jackson;
\ ocal Duet, Russie and Stone; Jokes, Joseph Blodgett;
Recitation, Joseph Belgarde; Monologue, Charles Seguin;
Song, Clarence Killingsworth; Indian Club Drill, Four Boys; Recitation
Henry Rachor; Society Song, Society.
A brief talk was given by Jerry Rees, president of the Reliance Society
who was visiting our society. As usual, Mr. Hobucket, our advisory
member, gave us a very interesting talk at the close of the meeting. At
the close of his remarks he announced that it was the last meeting of the
society for the year, which went a little hard for some of the members
who are deeply interested on the society work. Buc we hope that the
Nut-Crackers will not be forgotten by those who are interested in the new
organization. We certainly will not forget the good advice that was
given us by some of the employes and students who took a great deal
of interest in getting us started on our work. We only wish that some
day the opportunity may come that we may return the compliments that
have been given us. Next year the Littles Ones mean to come back
