At the Sunday evening assem bly, on December 28, Rev. K ennedy
gave us a rare treat in th e form of a lecture. His message was b e a u tifu l.
peaceful, and inspiring.

the subject of his discourse.

On C hristm as Day Rev. Porter, o f th e C hurch of C hrist, Salem, ad­
dressed the P rotestant stu d en ts and em ployes. T h is was Rev. P o rte r’s
first visit to our school. W e were pleased with his address and hope he
will give us fu rth er o p p ortunity of cultivating his acquaintance.
F a th e r Gall had services for the C atholic stu d en ts.
