gentlemen are connected with the Y. M. C. A. work in the city, and the
societies deem it a great favor to have had their assistance.
The band furnished music during the evening and much enthusiasm
was displayed by all the societies in their yells and songs. Mr. Wads­
worth closed the evenings entertainment with a few well-chosen re­
marks.
The yellow and green of the Reliance colors mingled with the pink
and white of the Winonas in the decorations.
After the debate Misses Gaither and Royer entertained the judges,
teachers and speakers until car time in the rooms of the Domestic
Science Department. Taken all in all the Winona-Reliance debate will
be remembeaed as one of this year’s most successful entertainments.
