Hillson is from Seattle, at work on her first novel. Frost is a poet who has lived in interior Alaska. Thompson will tell stories he learned from an Alaskan Indian storyteller. Museum Lane County Historical Museum takes us back to earlier years in these parts, with special ex hibits, and a permanent collection of fascinating artifacts and noteworthy displays. UO President Paul Olum will dedicate the facility following the traditional Native American ritual burning of sweet grass. A Don Hunter slide show will be shown and there are two new exhibits.
