Messiah Sing-Along, an eighth annual event,

Kronos Quartet performs again this weekend—at

Oregon Baroque Players perform at 2:30 pm at

Public Hearing
Budget Committee of the City of Eugene holds
a public hearing on the city's draft Capital
Improvement Program, a six-year plan for acquir
ing, constructing and enhancing the city’s ma
jor, tangible assets. After considering public tes
timony at today’s hearing and reviewing the draft
plan, the Committee will forward Its comments
to the Planning Commission and the City Coun
cil. Copies of the draft plan are available at the

Big Bird’s Sesame Street Story comes to the Hurt
Center—a 90-minute musical of familiar songs,
dance numbers, audience participation and
special appearances by the Muppets, Elmo and
Hoots the Owl. Performances are at 7:30 pm
tonight, Dec. 10 and 11; at 11 am, 3 pm and 7
pm Dec. 12; and at 2 pm and 5 pm Dec. 13, all
