Public Hearing Budget Committee of the City of Eugene holds a public hearing on the city's draft Capital Improvement Program, a six-year plan for acquir ing, constructing and enhancing the city’s ma jor, tangible assets. After considering public tes timony at today’s hearing and reviewing the draft plan, the Committee will forward Its comments to the Planning Commission and the City Coun cil.
