Gibson's is a restaurant/bar recently opened over at 3355 E. Amazon,
the same location as the old Paddock, but totally remodeled with new
decor from top to bottom—lots of nice plants, mirrors, and a separate
restaurant section. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, with
one of the Friday and Saturday evening specialties being prime rib. The
happy hours offer hors d'oeuvres of different nationalities depending on
which afternoon you're there.
There's music video, Wednesday and Thursday Ladies Night, and
balloon drops every Saturday with prizes in every balloon! Wednesday
through Saturday are DJ nights, so bring your dancing shoes. Call 342
