What's Happening is a free weekly publication of Energy Futures, Inc., a
local, tax exempt, non-profit corporation dedicated to information and edu
cation. Nuclear Questions, a weekly television program on Cable 11, is also a
project of EFI. The show focuses on energy issues and other related subjects.
Last fall we published the 1981 Lane County Energy Consumer's Guide, a free
guide to energy services, conservation and local energy choices.

at the. bottom left of page 2. Why are we telling you all this? Because we need
