Sports / Recreation
120 Mile Relay Run for the Nuclear
Freeze leaves Eugene at 8:00 am to
arrive in Portland at 8:00 pm. The
run features 120 runners, each run
ning a mile. In addition, one super
marathoner leaves Eugene at mid
night to run all 120 miles. Paul
Friedlander at 484-5660 can give
you details on the run; call him for
registration deatils.
Bicycle Tour take a 50-mile loop
out Lorane toward Crow. Bring a
brown bag lunch: cider will be
served on the lunch break. The
McKenzie Riders Bicycle Club
sponsors today's tour which leaves
Alton Baker Park at 9:00 am. Mem
bership in the club is $3 a year for

Alpine Chicken Run 10 kilometers
