He has served the city faith­
fully, if re-elected will continue his
record of Strict Economy, Effi­
ciency, Clean Government and
Fairness.
During his nine years as a mem­
ber of the Commission Govern­
ment in this city, he has been a
leader in the Council on all meas­
ures and acts in the interest of
economy and tax reduction. He
has consistently opposed all meas­
ures and issues not in accordance
with the policy of “necessary ser­
vice only.”

Commissioner Bigelow has con­
stantly been a leader in the Com­
mission Government’s fight for a
clean city, a city in which the
crooks, the swindlers and the im­
moral elements, so far as possi­
ble, should find no chance to ply
their illicit trade.
