candy sales fundraiser in a trailer
in the Ray’s Food Place parking

Th e tradition continues virtually

“I Like Pie” Run/Walk, with all
proceeds benefi ting the Boys
and Girls Clubs of Bend, Girls on

NeighborImpact. Participants
choose their own small group,
route and distance, and complete
their run/walk on any date

Black Butte School’s Holiday
Wreath Sale is under way, with
funds supporting Black Butte
School in Camp Sherman. All

outside diameter, made of fresh,

with cedar, juniper, pine cones

SMS Selling Sisters Strong
Shirts/Decals
Th e student leadership group at
Sisters Middle School is hoping
to make a diff erence in our
community. Th ey are selling
shirts and decals featuring a
newly designed Sisters Strong
logo. Th e proceeds of the sales
will go to Kiwanis Food Bank,
Family Advocate Network, and
the school’s leadership program.
So far they have raised $1,200,
although they are still hoping
to raise more money for these
organizations. Shirts and decals
can be purchased online and
picked up downtown at either
Paulina Springs Bookstore or
Canyon Creek Pottery. Please go

Free Medicare Open
Enrollment Counseling
Th e Council on Aging of Central
Oregon is providing free Medicare
counseling to support older
adults in navigating the annual
open enrollment period, which
runs through Monday, December
7. Th e one-on-one phone or
Zoom sessions are provided by
Senior Health Insurance Benefi ts
Assistance (SHIBA) certifi ed
volunteers and assist seniors in
reevaluating their coverage —
whether it’s Original Medicare
(Parts A & B) with supplemental
drug coverage (Part D), or
Medicare Advantage (Part C) —
and make changes or purchase
new policies. To schedule an
appointment call the Council on
Aging’s SHIBA line at 541-678-
5483, extension 211. Callers will be
asked to leave a message, which
will be returned by a certifi ed
SHIBA counselor, usually by the

Online Auction
Seed to Table is hosting a virtual
silent auction to support a much-
needed 2021 farm expansion.

free Grab-N-Go lunches on
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and

Weekly Food Pantry
Wellhouse Church has a weekly
food pantry on Th ursdays. Food
is currently being distributed
drive-through style from 12:30
until all food is distributed at the
Wellhouse Market building, 222

parking lot and pick up a bag of
food for their household. Other
Sisters-area churches are joining
with Wellhouse Church to
