Cascade Avenue, Sisters (mailing address PO Box 39, Sisters, OR 97759) on November 19, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. regarding the applications listed below. The hearing will be held according to SDC Chapter 4.1 and the rules of procedure adopted by the Council and available at City Hall.
