The Neighbors app pro- vides a platform for com- munities to share infor- m a t i o n a b o u t a c t i v i t y occurring in their neigh- borhood, helping to keep people and property safe. Participating law enforce- ment agencies will not have direct access to all app users9 videos 4 only vid- eos users have selected to share. Citizen participation is optional, anonymous, and does not require a Ring brand device. Video and informa- tion provided will be used to help solve crimes, identify suspicious persons, and deter criminal activity.
